Job summary

Target Media Nusantara is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Manager to support our management team. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and streamline performance reporting.

You'll generate daily and monthly performance reports, analyze building acquisition data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present data-driven summaries to the CEO and COO. ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of professional data/ business analysis or auditing experience.
• English fluent; Mandarin a plus.
• Advanced mastery of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Strong Power BI skills for dashboards and visualization.
• Strong Power Query skills for data transformation and cleaning.
• Experience in database management and ERP systems.
• Familiar with rental pricing and building contracts metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain daily and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze Building Acquisition pipeline data and TMN assets.Collaborate with Warehouse and Building Acquisition teams to source and validate data.
• Identify data anomalies; coordinate issue resolution and cross-checks.
• Present data-driven summaries to CEO and COO in high-level meetings.
• Leverage ERP expertise to contribute to system building and workflows.
