Job summary

Matahari is seeking a Project Manager to support the GM Project, from checking drawings to site execution and handover to achieve completion on schedule. The role requires coordinating contractors, suppliers, and teams at the Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang site.

You will ensure drawings are applicable for site execution, monitor progress to maintain schedule, and liaise with real estate, developers, stores, maintenance, and purchasing to keep materials flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in retail.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Check and review drawings to ensure drawings are applicable for site execution.
• Ensure site processes run on schedule by coordinating contractors, suppliers, and team.
• Coordinate and conduct routine meetings to ensure smooth development of site processes and material supply.
• Coordinate with related parties (real estate, developer, stores, maintenance, Purchasing, Cosmetic Project).
• Check and coordinate with related contractors for supply end project documents.
