Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs, licensing, government relations, regulatory administration, or similar roles.
• Familiar with government procedures, company permits, and administrative processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in follow-up.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Cipete, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Handle company licensing, permits, and general affairs administration with relevant government institutions from submission to approval.
• Manage OSS, LKPM reporting, HAKI registration, Disnaker submissions, and other company permits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain good communication with government institutions, vendors, and related external parties.
• Monitor permit status, deadlines, renewals, and ensure all required documents are completed on time.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date company legal, licensing, and general affairs documents.
