Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee multiple outlets across the region. You will drive sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across stores.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of retail leadership experience, and a proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and travel as required to support store operations.
