Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life at key GT and MT outlets across Indonesia. This on-site role requires hands-on execution and strong retailer partnerships.

You will drive in-store programs, maximize visibility, build distribution, and travel regularly to assigned markets. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree and valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA >= 2.75.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Willing to travel and relocate across Indonesia.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
