Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to drive growth in retail AUM portfolios. You will perform business and competitor analysis, execute campaigns, and contribute to new product development in the digital banking landscape, adhering to applicable standards and regulations.

The role requires strong analytics, campaign planning, and life-cycle management skills, with English communication and a data-driven mindset to optimize customer journeys and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking or deposits/savings products.
• Experience in portfolio management analysis and analytics with strong numerical skills.
• Understanding of marketing campaign workflows and asset localization.
• Proficiency in data visualization and technical analysis software.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive and analyze growth of retail AUM portfolios through business and competitor analysis, campaigns, and new product development in digital banking.
• Recommend strategies based on competitor analysis to guide campaign strategies and budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor engagement and forecast portfolio growth across AUM tiers and product usage.

Job description

• Responsible for driving and analyzing the growth of retail Asset Under Management (AUM) portfolios through business and competitor analysis, campaign execution, and new product development in the digital banking industry following applicable standards and regulations
• Recommend strategies based on competitor analysis to guide Seabank's campaign strategy and budget decisions
• Monitor & evaluate competitor engagement results and forecast upcoming competitor strategies, retail customer portfolio growth across AUM tiers and product usage behavior
• Identify and capture opportunities in customer portfolio through life cycle and relationship management
• Monitor product performance and propose changes in customer journeys/ features using a data-driven approach

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with preference in Retail Banking/Deposit & savings/similar products, preferably from banking or financial services industry
• Experience in portfolio management analysis and analytics, comfortable to work with numbers and data is a must
• Understanding of marketing campaign workflows and asset localization
• Proficiency in data visualization reading and technical analysis software
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
