Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking a results-driven professional to lead growth in retail AUM by performing in-depth portfolio and competitor analysis, shaping campaign strategy and new product development in the digital banking space. You will monitor performance, forecast competitor moves, and identify opportunities in customer portfolios through lifecycle management.

The role requires hands-on analytics, data-driven decision making, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail banking or similar financial services
• Experience analyzing portfolios and working with numbers
• Understanding campaign workflows and asset localization
• Proficiency in data visualization reading and analytic software
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Job description

• Responsible for driving and analyzing the growth of retail Asset Under Management (AUM) portfolios through business and competitor analysis, campaign execution, and new product development in the digital banking industry following applicable standards and regulations
• Recommend strategies based on competitor analysis to guide Seabank's campaign strategy and budget decisions
• Monitor & evaluate competitor engagement results and forecast upcoming competitor strategies, retail customer portfolio growth across AUM tiers and product usage behavior
• Identify and capture opportunities in customer portfolio through life cycle and relationship management
• Monitor product performance and propose changes in customer journeys/ features using a data-driven approach

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with preference in Retail Banking/Deposit & savings/similar products, preferably from banking or financial services industry
• Experience in portfolio management analysis and analytics, comfortable to work with numbers and data is a must
• Understanding of marketing campaign workflows and asset localization
• Proficiency in data visualization reading and technical analysis software
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
