Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education from Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking/fintech industry including digital product/program development, digital campaigns, or digital partnerships.
• Analytical capability to evaluate product performance, transaction trends, and customer needs to support business development.
• Ability to prepare business proposals, business requirements, and product development recommendations and coordinate implementation with related units.
• Understanding of Remittance products, Debit Cards, banking transaction services, and related business processes.
• Ability to manage program implementation, feature development, and business partnerships in a structured manner to ensure achievement of business targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities in managing relationships with business partners and external parties.
