Job summary

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead Retail Banking business planning, budgeting, and performance management. You will coordinate cross-functional activities with the Finance Directorate and stakeholders, develop financial models, and monitor financial and non-financial KPIs to drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in banking, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in planning, finance, strategy, or performance management.
• Strong understanding of banking fundamentals, budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in monitoring Retail Banking performance targets (KPIs).
• Ability to coordinate budgeting with Finance Directorate and stakeholders.
• Coordinate strategic projects within Retail Banking to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement and monitoring of Retail Banking performance targets, covering both financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Retail Banking business planning and budgeting process, working closely with the Finance Directorate and relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the finance coordinator for Internal Control Risk (ICR) matters within the Retail Banking business.
• Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects within Retail Banking to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support business decision-making, annual planning, performance reporting, and financial forecasting.
• Support the planning, monitoring, and utilization of the Retail Banking IT CAPEX budget, including tracking cost allocations and attributed expenses from support functions such as IT and Operations.
• Prepare business performance reports and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
