Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the frontline of our store, helping outdoor enthusiasts find the right gear and delivering experiential service that encourages purchases.

You will advise customers, explain product features and materials, and support end-to-end selling from product arrival to customer pickup, in a busy, target-driven environment. Immediate joining preferred; shift work and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Prefer domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
