Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in Indonesia. You will be at the frontline of selling our outdoor products, advising customers and guiding them to purchase in-store.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-driven mindset. You will source product information, explain features and materials, and participate in the complete sales process from arrival to sale, including shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; higher education preferred.

Based on the customer needs, you are responsible for performing our products and providing experiential customer service satisfaction to encourage customers to purchase at the store.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer Oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
