Job summary

OMMA Day Club in Bali is seeking a Restaurant Service Supervisor to oversee the service team and ensure smooth operations with high standards of guest service, food & beverage service, and cleanliness.

You will lead, brief, and assign tasks to Waiter/Waitress staff, monitor table turnover, handle guest requests, and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Host/Hostess, and other departments to maintain consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a restaurant service team.
• Ability to lead, brief, and assign tasks to waitstaff.
• Commitment to guest service, hygiene, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations
• Lead, brief, and assign tasks to Waiter/Waitress team members
• Ensure excellent and consistent guest service
• Monitor table setup, order taking, food & beverage service, and table turnover
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Host/Hostess, and other departments
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and service standards
• Monitor team attendance, discipline, and performance
• Assist in training and coaching service staff
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
