Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or related hospitality program required.
• At least 4 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in F&B.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards.
• Train and supervise staff to deliver consistent customer service.
• Achieve monthly targets and manage costs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand vision.
• Monitor sales and control costs including labor and inventory.
