Job summary

Kanalla Boutique Hotel in Lombok is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily restaurant & bar operations, ensuring a warm and professional dining experience for guests. You will train and coach staff, monitor service standards, and drive upselling opportunities while coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth service and cost control.

The role requires 2–3 years in F&B, a D3/S1 in Hospitality, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Min. D3 / S1 in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Min. 2–3 years experience in F&B service, with min. 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Familiar with POS systems.
• Excellent English communication — written and spoken (mandatory).
• Guest-focused, energetic, and a natural team leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant & bar operations across all service periods.
• Ensure every guest receives a warm, attentive, and professional dining experience.
• Supervise, brief, and coach F&B service staff on shift.
• Monitor table setup, service flow, and service standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally.
• Drive food & beverage upselling — daily specials, beverages, desserts.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant & bar.
• Monitor stock levels, beverage par stock, and coordinate with kitchen on daily mise en place.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and hand over to management.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen team for smooth service delivery.
• Assist in monitoring F&B cost, waste, and inventory accuracy.

• F&B Revenue: Meet monthly revenue target
• Beverage Cost: Max 28% of beverage revenue
