Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Medical Affairs professional to drive engagement with scientific leaders and build trusted relationships with external stakeholders in Jakarta. You will develop scientific programs and act as the internal expert for priority disease areas.

The role requires medical affairs experience, strong stakeholder skills, and knowledge of pharma regulations. Respiratory experience is a plus; a life sciences or medical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive medical affairs experience, Respiratory TA preferred.
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Desirable: degree in medicine or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain engagement with scientific leaders (KEEs) and external stakeholders.
• Develop or initiate scientific programs to address unmet medical needs in priority areas.
• Act as scientific expert for internal stakeholders and continuously develop disease-area expertise.
• Comply with company and industry codes of conduct and local regulations.
