Job summary

FieldCore, a GE company, is seeking a Resource Manager I to assign employees to jobs based on skills, availability and crew performance, and to serve as the primary contact for training, mobilization, pay and assignments.

You will coordinate with Field Service Coordinators, Service Managers and regional teams to optimize crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity while managing travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 7+ years applicable work experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 2+ years managing and developing employees.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to jobs based on skills, availability and crew performance to maximize effectiveness.
• Manage field employees, contracts, vacation, reviews, training and mobilization.
• Serve as primary point of contact regarding training, pay and assignments and resolve conflicts.
• Recruit and hire prospective employees, manage field personnel, create contracts and implement productivity metrics.
• Assemble well-balanced crews to ensure safety and quality while optimizing composition with data sources.
