Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a hands-on operations professional to join our wellsite team. You will perform operations, operate equipment, and be accountable for team performance by the end of training, while supporting engineers and specialists on-site.

You will learn well construction processes, manage field operations including design, maintenance, planning, and reporting, contribute to risk analysis, lead crews, prepare reports, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and teamwork demonstrated in high-pressure environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Able to learn quickly and apply logical problem-solving approaches.
• Commitment to continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities
