Qualifications

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory control.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head Chef.
• Follow HACCP and company SOPs at all times.
