Job summary

Qualifications

• Total 5+ years of sales experience with last 3 in managerial/strategic roles.
• Offline channels as primary lead sources; strong leadership required.
• 3+ years in landed housing sales (commercial & subsidised) with developer/agent mix.
• Experience managing 5+ subordinates; leadership transformation preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Serang Ring 1 area and surroundings.
• Basic English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a sales team; drive target achievement and pipeline growth.
• Develop and optimise lead generation channels with partners and events.
• Analyse market pricing, offerings, promotions and consumer segments in Serang.
• Coordinate with external parties (banks, partnerships) to boost revenue.
• Create teamwork plans and periodic reports using Excel.
