Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive residential sales in Serang and surrounding Banten. You will lead a disciplined sales team, oversee the mortgage application and closing process, and develop local market penetration strategies.

The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of the Serang market, and ability to cultivate relationships with banks, government institutions, and corporate partners to generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Diploma III or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience with at least 3 years in managerial/strategic roles, offline channels preferred.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ sales personnel; 10-15 personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, monitor, and develop the sales team to hit monthly and annual targets with discipline and productivity.
• Oversee the full residential sales process from lead gen to booking and closing (KPR, akad).
• Develop and execute sales strategies across Serang and surrounding areas to boost market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with banks, institutions, corporates, and lead-generation partners.
