Qualifications

• Experience with containment or data center infrastructure installation is a plus.

Containment Installer IV

Position Summary

A Containment Installer IV is responsible for the daily installation of containment systems and brings a minimum of three (3) years of experience with HAC and modular data systems. This individual serves as a key liaison to the site supervisor and is capable of assuming supervisory responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems, including panels, doors, ceiling structures, and mounting hardware.
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tape) to assemble and secure components.
• Follow work instructions to ensure proper system layout and alignment.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to fit within designated areas.
• Inspect and test completed installations to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and supervisors to complete installations on schedule.
• Report material needs, progress updates, and any installation issues to the project lead or site supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or construction skills; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in construction, or data center infrastructure installation is a plus
• Education/Experience:
• High School diploma
• 3+ years mechanical experience required
• 3+ years of data center experience required

Computer Skills

Knowledge in Microsoft Suite applications such as: Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities

No direct supervisory responsibilities, will have acting role in the absence of the Site Supervisor
