Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Reservation Supervisor to oversee daily reservation operations across restaurants, venues, events and guest experiences. You will supervise teams, coordinate with internal departments, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure bookings are recorded accurately and communicated professionally in line with Savaya Group standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, guest experience, hospitality operations, and customer service.
• Ability to supervise and coach Reservation and Guest Experience teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day reservation operations across restaurants, venues, events, and special programmes.
• Manage guest enquiries, booking requests, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special arrangements.
• Work closely with Guest Experience, Reservations, Service, Operations, Events, Finance, and Management teams.
• Support the delivery of smooth, personalised, and commercially effective guest experiences.
• Develop your skills in reservations management, guest relations, hospitality operations, and team leadership.
• Build knowledge of reservation systems, seating plans, table management, packages, promotions, deposits, and payment procedures.
• Strengthen communication, organisation, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
