Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, monitoring & evaluation, or sustainability programs.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in sustainability, ESG, or agriculture programs preferred.

We are looking for a Reporting & Insight Partner to support our sustainability programs by turning data into meaningful insights. This role is responsible for ensuring sustainability data and reports are accurate, reliable, and actionable, helping drive business decisions, customer reporting, and continuous program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver sustainability and customer reports with high accuracy and data quality.

Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights.

Monitor and improve data governance, data quality, and reporting processes.

Develop dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve transparency and program performance.

Support sustainability initiatives related to farmer livelihoods, climate impact, forest protection, ESG, and regulatory compliance.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, monitoring & evaluation, or sustainability programs.

Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Experience in sustainability, agriculture, ESG, environmental, or social development programs is highly preferred.

GIS/ArcGIS knowledge is a plus.

Approximately 25% travel required for field validation activities across program locations.
