Job summary

PT Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia is seeking a warehouse planner responsible for unpacking planning reports using WMS, opening cases in the system as needed, and managing put-away overflow. The role requires coordination of replenishment plans and updating inventory racks, with additional duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree (Logistics engineering, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering majors preferred).
• Good knowledge of Inventory processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Create an unpacking planning report based on WMS daily.
• Open a Case in the WMS system according to field conditions.
• Put away overflow items.
• Update V2 High rack.
• Create a plan based on MIN, consumption, and replenishment.
• Perform other assignments as directed by management.

Requirement:

Education background : Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)

Language competence : Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Technical ability :Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP Software (WMS, SAP, Etc)

Have a good knowledge in Inventory Process.

Experience in Warehouse Management System.

Work experience: At least 3-year operational and inventory experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies.

Having strong leadership skill, analytical and problem solving skill and good communication skill.
