Job summary

Synkrona is seeking a dedicated electrical power engineer in Indonesia to conduct electrical-mechanical design across project lifecycles for renewable energy systems. You will prepare specifications and data sheets for RFQ, review technical offers, and support MTO/BoQ costing using Excel/Sheets.

You should have a Bachelor's in electrical power engineering, 1–2 years in renewables, and strong English. Fresh graduates are welcome; remote work is not specified, and collaboration with multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in renewable energy/power projects; fresh graduates welcome.
• Understand LV/MV design and network configuration per IEC/IEEE/SNI.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• Interest in financial aspects of renewable energy.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English in speaking and writing (TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.5).
• Experience in integrating Hybrid Solar PV-BESS-Diesel DG.
• DED/EPC or site construction monitoring experience.
• Skills in project management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical-mechanical design and engineering through all project stages.
• Prepare and review docs to meet client requirements and standards.
• Create technical specs and data sheets for RFQ; review offers.
• Determine MTO and BoQ costing breakdown using Excel/Sheets.
• Coordinate with Civil, Control and Environmental disciplines.
• Support project managers for timely, compliant delivery and quality.
• Assist in preparing proposals for commercial bids/tenders.
