Job summary

MUST Company is seeking a hands-on Visual Content Designer to own the quality of video and visual content for the Crypto Project. Video concept development, design and editing are the core of this role, supported by brand and graphic design.

You will turn product updates, guides, campaigns and event material into publication-ready work. You will define what needs to be communicated, to whom and why, choose the right visual approach, and own quality, factual accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating video concept development, design and editing.
• Strong judgment in composition, typography, hierarchy, color, motion timing and editing rhythm.
• Ability to combine AI tools with professional design and editing tools.
• Turn complex product or technical information into understandable stories and visuals.
• Self-directed quality review and reliable delivery against deadlines.
• Clear English communication for briefs and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate requests such as “make it look better” into a specific audience, message, problem and success criterion.
• Verify facts and release status with product and engineering; never present an unreleased capability as live.
• Correct visual artifacts, inconsistent style and inaccurate text in AI-generated images and video.
• Incorporate foundation and marketing feedback and complete design revisions through final publication approval. You do not replace the publication approver.
• Build reusable templates, motion presets, asset libraries and concise usage guides.
• Maintain briefs, source evidence, schedules, review status, file versions and final links in Notion.
• Check rights for imagery, footage, music, fonts and likenesses. Do not expose confidential or personal information without authorization.
