Pt Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Remote Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for their cleaning and sanitation workforce across Indonesia. This is a fully remote role requiring the ability to engage distributed teams and create curricula, online and offline materials, and virtual sessions that enhance skills and promote safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training design and delivery, with strong instructional design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training design and delivery, with remote/virtual focus.
• Experience or strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management is desirable.
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation skills and experience with e-learning platforms/tools (Zoom, Teams, Articulate Storyline, Moodle).
• Strong content creation abilities (written, visual, multimedia).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
