Dexa Group is seeking a Remote Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for its sanitation workforce across Indonesia. This fully remote role requires engaging distributed teams and building scalable curricula.

You will develop content for online and offline learning, facilitate virtual sessions, and measure outcomes to drive compliance, hygiene, and safety across multiple locations. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Adult Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training design and delivery, remote/virtual.
• Experience in cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management is desirable.
• Proficient in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent virtual facilitation skills with e-learning tools (Zoom, Teams, Storyline, Moodle).
• Strong content creation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Remote Training & Development Specialist - Sanitation Services

Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Remote Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for their cleaning and sanitation workforce across Indonesia. This is a fully remote position, requiring the ability to engage and educate distributed teams effectively. You will be responsible for developing curriculum, creating training materials (online and offline), and facilitating virtual training sessions that enhance skills, ensure compliance, and promote best practices in hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning and development, a strong understanding of the sanitation industry, and excellent virtual facilitation skills. You will play a key role in building a skilled and knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training programs and materials for new hires and existing staff in cleaning and sanitation services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training design and delivery, with a strong emphasis on developing and facilitating remote/virtual training.
• Experience or strong understanding of the cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation skills and experience with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Articulate Storyline, Moodle).
• Strong content creation abilities (written, visual, and multimedia).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
