Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or related fields.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability based on specific requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for junior to executive positions.
• Review candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Conduct initial discussions to assess background, experience, interest and availability.
• Submit qualified candidates meeting requirements.
• Provide feedback to MatchaTalent team.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Delivery Managers on hiring needs and feedback.
• Utilize sourcing channels like LinkedIn, Boolean search and job portals.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment tools and processes.
• Follow MatchaTalent's qualification and submission standards.
