Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with cost management focus.
• Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, PPA) and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and standard office tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial acumen; strong remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BoQ, and tender documents.
• Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, select contractors.
• Monitor expenditures, track costs against budget, prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Administer construction contracts, assess variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
• Advise clients on cost-saving measures across the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks in construction projects.
