The successful candidate will manage cost planning, vendor contracts, and ensure project financial management. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2–4 years of experience, particularly in Interior Fit-out or Hospitality projects. Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in Interior Fit‑out, Hospitality, or Residential renovation projects preferred.
• Comfort with local market rates for materials and labor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates and feasibility studies for new properties.
• Manage the tender process for interior fit‑outs and renovation works.
• Draft and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and costs; validate claims and manage Variation Orders.
• Collaborate to identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining design standards.
• Build and maintain a database of reliable contractors and suppliers.

Skills

Strong knowledge of local construction contract forms

Proficiency in MS Excel

Negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects

Education

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or Civil Engineering
