Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Remote Legal Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the efficiency of its legal department. This fully remote role focuses on legal technology, budgets, vendor relationships, and process improvements to ensure peak performance.

You will streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness across all legal functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or related management.
• Experience with legal technology implementation and management.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to lead remotely in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department.
• Manage the legal department's budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and cost savings.
• Oversee legal technology platforms, including contract management systems, e-discovery tools, and matter management software.
• Manage relationships with external legal service providers and law firms, negotiating contracts and performance standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess departmental performance.
• Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
