The ideal candidate has 6+ years in financial accounting, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel skills, with excellent analytical and communication abilities for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline; CA/CPA desirable.
• 6+ years of experience in financial accounting with emphasis on financial reporting.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK and IFRS is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of complex financial statements per PSAK and IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
