Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CA/CPA certification is desirable.
• 6+ years of experience in financial accounting with emphasis on financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements in compliance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and provide documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting.
• Keep up to date with accounting regulations and best practices.
