Job summary

Ajaib Group is seeking a skilled IT Security Engineer to implement, monitor, and improve security across our fintech platform. You will identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security policies while supporting a global remote engineering team.

Join a unicorn fintech backed by top investors and help protect assets and data. You will work with SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other security tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Security Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Experience with incident response and security investigations.
• Knowledge of security best practices and standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Security Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other security tools.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security systems and procedures to protect our company's assets and data. You will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
