You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven CI strategies while coordinating with dispersed site teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in process engineering, strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and the ability to deliver remote, high-impact improvements using process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of process engineering experience with emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Black Belt preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects remotely and influence stakeholders across locations.
• Proficient in process simulation and data analysis tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for CI.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
• Oversee implementation of new process technologies across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with plant managers and engineers to drive adoption of SOPs and best practices.
• Use Six Sigma/Lean tools to address operational challenges and deliver improvements.
• Create training materials and conduct remote sessions for site teams on new processes.
