MatchaTalent is seeking Hiring Partners who will focus on candidate sourcing and initial qualification for roles across industries. The role collaborates with MatchaTalent’s Recruitment Delivery team to identify suitable candidates and submit profiles for the next steps in the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or related fields.
• Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, or other sourcing channels.
• Good understanding of candidate profiles and job requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented when reviewing CVs and candidate information.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates for junior, mid-level, senior, managerial, and executive positions.
• Review candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Conduct initial discussions with candidates to assess background, experience, interest, availability, and expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates that meet the requirements of the assigned position.
• Provide relevant candidate information and feedback to the MatchaTalent team.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Delivery Managers regarding hiring requirements and candidate feedback.
• Use sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, professional networks, and social media.
• Maintain accurate candidate information using the recruitment tools and processes provided by MatchaTalent.
• Follow MatchaTalent's candidate qualification and submission standards.
