Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance / Testing Engineer in Jakarta to participate in every phase of development, ensuring design and software meet standards and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver quality.

You will design end-to-end test scenarios, implement automation, perform regression testing, and contribute to risk analyses while upholding agile practices.

Qualifications

• Seasoned hands-on testing experience in AGILE/DevOps Methodology, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Proficient in working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to plan and execute comprehensive test strategies and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Works across multiple teams to plan, execute, report, and complete QA activities for new development cycles.
• Reviews user stories with stakeholders and developers to understand new or changed functionality.
• Ensures end-to-end testing coverage with collaboration from Regions or Product Owners.
• Designs and implements end-to-end test scenarios and debugging actions.
• Performs risk analysis and documents test progress and results.
• Carries out thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed.
• Creates detailed test plans and test cases; tracks and documents defects.
