Golden Agri Resources is seeking a highly organized Remote Purchasing Coordinator to manage procurement for our distributed teams from anywhere. You will coordinate with suppliers, process purchase orders, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery while working remotely from Indonesia.

This role requires strong communication skills, experience in procurement or buyer roles, and proficiency with MS Office and procurement software.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of the purchasing process from requisition to order fulfillment.
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone to obtain quotes and track shipments.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Assist in identifying potential suppliers and pricing.
• Ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement team with admin tasks and data management.
