Job summary

VentureSEA is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Product Manager to bridge business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams. This fully remote role focuses on managing software development projects while owning product planning, documentation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has direct client experience, translates business needs into technical deliverables, collaborates with developers, UI/UX, and QA, and brings a solid understanding of cloud platforms and modern

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as PM or related role in software development.
Experience managing external clients or client-facing software projects.
Experience across the product lifecycle and writing specs and documents.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation through deployment.
Plan, manage, and monitor scope, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories.
Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and collaborate with UI/UX designers.
