Job summary

Pt Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely. You will act as the primary liaison between management and shop-floor teams, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervising manufacturing, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of MES and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a remote team.
• Strong understanding of MES and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision to production teams, ensuring schedules and quality.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies across shifts.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, and quality control to ensure workflow and timely delivery.
• Conduct remote performance reviews and support development of team members.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity.
