Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or production supervisory roles.
• Proven leadership, able to manage teams remotely.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MES and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to production teams while ensuring schedules and quality standards.
