Job summary

Pt Inovator Nutrisi Sehat is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely, ensuring targets, quality and safety across geographically dispersed teams while serving as the remote liaison between management and shop-floor.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Operations Management or related field and 5+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role, with strong leadership, MES proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and remote management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision to production teams and ensure schedules and quality targets are met.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies across shifts.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and quality control for smooth workflows.
• Conduct remote performance reviews and support staff development.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to keep productivity high.
