• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/production supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills for remote team management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MES and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision to production teams per schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies across shifts.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.
