Job summary

Pt Inertia Utama (Member Of Dexa Group) is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to manage remote procurement for goods and services. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships while working independently from any location in Indonesia.

Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, issuing purchase orders, monitoring performance, and coordinating with internal teams to meet procurement needs. A degree in business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar procurement role.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build supplier relationships remotely.
• Proficient in using procurement software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders via digital channels.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and select vendors ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and maintain records.
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality/delivery issues.
