Pt Takeda Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Remote Procurement Lead to spearhead our global procurement strategy from anywhere in the world. You will shape cost optimization, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise value.

Leading a remote team, you will manage strategic sourcing, complex contracts, and risk management while aligning procurement with broader business growth and innovation.

Competenze

• 10+ years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and complex contract negotiations.
• Global supply chain knowledge and international sourcing.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
