Job summary
Ansible Health is seeking an Onboarding Specialist / Medical VA to guide new patients through onboarding while handling essential clinical admin duties. The role blends customer service with medical documentation, supporting clinicians and ensuring smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
Responsibilities
- Guide new patients through onboarding and provide essential clinical administrative support.
- Coordinate patient communications across channels (phone, email, etc.).
- Process referrals and manage medical records.
- Enter clinical data, surveys, RPM/RTM data streams.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Attend clinical meetings and take notes.
- Collaborate with physicians, engineers and care team members.
- Resolve patient issues with professional communication.
- Meet performance metrics and incentive criteria.
