Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and develop short- and long-term product and technology strategies for the Die Cast industry in Indonesia.
• Conduct marketing development activities aligned with Freudenberg fundamentals and business model to achieve business growth.
• Analyze Die Cast market trends and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
• Provide product and technical support to distributors to ensure timely introduction of technologies to the market.
• Support management analysis, monthly forecasting, and regular product reviews and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships, negotiate business growth opportunities, and conduct regular customer visits.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, conventions, technical seminars, and product training for distributors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with global product naming policies, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, and support ad hoc projects as assigned.
