Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an External Manufacturing Lead to guide production operations in Surabaya and nearby sites. You will drive safety, quality, cost and delivery targets while implementing Lean and Six Sigma improvements across the plant.

As an engineer with strong financial acumen, you will lead a high-performing team, manage maintenance strategies, and collaborate with multi-functional partners to ensure a reliable, sustainable manufacturing operation in East Java.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in a CPG environment with TPM, 5S, LEAN and Six Sigma tools.
• Clear communication, coaching and leadership abilities for cross-functional teams.
• Engineer with financial/business acumen and project management skills; knowledge of industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations at the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM).
• Implement and sustain manufacturing strategy including Lean/6 Sigma initiatives.
• Coach and develop line leaders; drive governance, safety, quality and cost outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable operations.
