Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in continuous improvement, certification (Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable, and strong analytics with stakeholder engagement. Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency are essential for collaboration across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen across production, supply chain, and administration.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement through data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, and coaching to build continuous improvement capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track project effectiveness and ensure sustainable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvement strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects to meet targets.
• Promote a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and accountability for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
